Embrace Your Inner Tramp

Happy Friday! It's a long weekend here and set to rain the whole freakin' time (and no, I'm not complaining. In writing, anyway). Today I'm over at Bah to Cancer's blog talking about tramp(olining) therapy. Might sound strange but it's loads of fun! Head over to see how bouncing around put a spring back in my step.

  6. Thank guys... I will stay out of the rain! I'll probably venture out only on Sunday, when it's supposed to stop briefly!

Old Kitty - Sadly that cat passed away and I haven't had one since... :(

  8. Excellent guest blog post. And you're absolutely correct - it's impossible to be unhappy on a trampoline. Hrm...may I should get one of those little ones.

  11. A bit of trampolining sounds like great de-stress therapy. As does embracing your inner tramp. I must try these things.

  27. Interesting, will head over there now :) Trampolining actually sort of scares me (I know, i'm such an oddball) but that doesn't mean I won't read and think it over :D

*hugs* Have a great weekend anyway

  28. I haven't been on a tramp for soooo long.
I guess I must have turned boring and middle-aged.

Have fun, and enjoy the long weekend.

  29. I've never been on a trampoline -- but that's probably best. I'm a bit clumsy, and balance-challenged as well. I'm probably better off pedaling as fast as I can on an Exercycle (the kind with a bucket seat for comfort and stability). :)

  30. Blah, it's raining here, too. This morning the sun peeked out long enough for us to get some solar therapy. Maybe we need a trampoline.

  31. Okay - after a long, hot week, that sounds like a lot of fun!! :)

  32. Anything who uses the word tramp is A-okay in my book!! Hehe it also makes me want to figure out why so I'm headed over to the action!

  33. Just had a trampolining experience with a bunch of friends. We were all laughing like maniacs. It was wonderful- just like when we were kids (except there may have been wine involved.)

  34. I'll have to check it out - I used to do trampoline training as part of being a diver on my college's swim team (easier to get some of these physical contortions down when you're belted to a suspension system than when your body will slam into the unforgiving water after a wrong move). I heart trampolines! Trampoline therapy sounds fun.

  35. Loved it! It's such a lightening thing to do, and I love how you were able to weave the before and after of your life in with the new adventure.

Although, I totally thought you were going someone naughty with it. Of course, haha.
