I seem to have developed a very unhealthy obsession with semi-colons as of late.There's just something so alluring about connecting two thoughts together without having to make a definite stop between the two. It's the perfect compromise between a comma and a period. And really, have you ever seen a better-looking piece of punctuation? It's like it's winking at you while keeping your thoughts in line.
Perhaps I'm blinded by love but I really don't care. Semi-colon, I adore you.
